The Empower Her Confidence Conference and Fashion Show is an empowering experience designed to help girls discover their voice, recognize their worth, and build the confidence to show up boldly in every area of their lives.

This is more than a conference, it’s a space where girls can connect, be inspired, be celebrated, and see what is possible when they believe in themselves.

One of the most powerful parts of Empower Her Confidence Conference and Fashion Show is giving girls the opportunity to hear other girls and young women speak openly about confidence, self-worth, overcoming challenges, and learning to believe in themselves. When a girl sees someone her own age standing on a stage, sharing her story, speaking with confidence, and encouraging others, she begins to realize: “If she can do it, maybe I can too.”

Our conference creates opportunities for girls to learn from their peers, ask questions, share their own experiences, and discover that they are not alone in the things they may be navigating.

Confidence on the Runway

The EmpowerHer Fashion Show gives girls another opportunity to put confidence into action.

As they step onto the runway, they are encouraged to embrace their individuality, express their personal style, and experience what it feels like to confidently stand in front of an audience.

Because sometimes, confidence begins with simply taking that first step.
